It wasn't tough at all, I just made sure that my fingers were on the handle and not the blade while I shimmied it into his hand. It wasn't too hard and didn't seem too tight.....(wow that last sentence could be taken WAY out of context)

Just be careful BM and it shouldn't be a problem. Unless as you said, if your Jason has a tighter grip!!

If you are that worried about the hands, just heat them up with some hot water and pop the blade in.

I'm really glad they shoved a twist tie through one of the little holes on the space machete. The marks it makes that don't wipe off really add to the figure.

Thanks for the picture. I never noticed this until looking at your image but can't his shirt be pulled out of his pants? His belt line seems a little high, he looks like my grandfather. I'd hate for my ball to land on his lawn.

Also, too bad about the machete, I feel for you. I hate twisties.

Jason X (or Space Jason) was waiting on the doorstop tonight when I got home from work. I eagerly tore him open, and was a little bummed to see I have the same twistie issue as Kabukiman, where the exclusive machete has marks on it, but worse still, one of the straps on the mask was not even connected. Since I got home so late, I will have to get some superglue on my lunchbreak tomorrow! All in all, he is a great figure, can't wait for IV, and they need to announce VIII!

Got mine yesterday too.I decided to go with both hands holding the machetes and he looks better with the mask off.Enjoy the nice gritty picture........
