Very true. I'd quite happily settle for swap-out arms. The power-pose is definitely the way to go with Bane. In fact, I have had a 3D print of him made in 1/6 scale in just that pose. I need to finish painting him yet, but here's a sneak peek:

I imagine Bane's a tough one to make in 1/6 scale though. Not so much the clothes, but the body. You'd have to either find the right size/shape seamless body and find a way to paint that and not have the paint peel, or you'd have to make the body entirely out of plastic, which would mean no seamless arms.
I never thought about it, but I guess that is the only challenge to making Bane. It's more workable than having to do multiple heads/expressions, etc, I still feel. A set of posed flexing arms, suggested above, would be the main solution. Otherwise, maybe the lack of seamless arms would have to be the compromise. As far as accessories, he wouldn't need much. The hat/trenchcoat, definitely. Some shackles and chains. Some icicle bombs. That would about cover it, off the top of my head. Maybe a gorilla suit lol

I had everyone you have there except Bane in mostly 1/6th garage kits in the 90's -- Billiken Joker, Horizon Penguin, Takara Catwoman and a resin Riddler -- sadly Freeze and Two-Face were those terrible WB statues of the time, standing in. But I loved that shelf.

I have a soft-spot for the terrible statues, but I wish Two-Face had gotten a quality model like the Joker, Penguin and Catwoman got.

*I* want him. He'd be a great looking figure, especially if Jazzinc made the venom tube/chest button light up. It's visually THE most comic-accurate LOOKING Bane from any adaptation yet. On that basis alone, I want it. And since Jazz is all ready making Ivy, Bane makes the most sense to pair with her. I'd rather have him than the Summer or Autumn looks. I can't be alone.

You're not alone. I would easily buy Bane without question. However, I would say I'd take Ivy's Summer look over Bane, if that were a choice.
This. No need to ditch an Ivy costume to sub in Bane; just give me everything!

I do wonder what Joost will gravitate towards next for 1/6 Batman. The major villains of the Burton/Schumacher era are done or pending -- Joker, Penguin, Catwoman, Riddler, Two-Face, Freeze and Ivy -- so what now?

I don't think there's truly a substantial market for completists for figures like:
Bob the Goon
Max Shreck
Bane

I could be wrong, as I don't know how many Joost needs to sell to make it worthwhile. But still...

So... does Joost try to fill the holes with 1966 Batman now? He's doing Newmar Catwoman, but does he try Meredith Penguin given how far along Mars has been teasing? Probably not. And is there a market for $300+ Preminger Freeze?

So that leaves Nolan... again, HT has a Scarecrow update pending, they just did a solid Bane, and there's too many Jokers out in the wild... which leaves Ra's and a good Two-Face.

How did we get to a world where so much Batman 1/6th is suddenly available...?

Actually the answer is rather simple. Batman just sells and 1/6 collectors have the funds for it.

Easy to say when you just joined. Many of us have been waiting for these figures since HT teased Batman Returns in 2012. So it's been a long time coming for us...
I've wanted a complete in-scale collection of Burton-Schumacher era characters since I was a kid, and somehow, that's eluded us in every scale, every line, for 30+ years, in some form or fashion.

OG Kenner era never gave us a proper DeVito Penguin, a proper Returns Batsuit, a proper B&R Ivy, a proper B&R Batgirl, or B&R Bane.

NECA never got to do '89 Joker and nothing at all from Schumacher.

Mattel, what a joke. It'd be faster to name the only crap they gave us: 1/18 scale '89 Bats, Returns Catwoman and Penguin and then, weirdly, a 6-inch Penguin and (nipple-less) Panther Suit Forever Batman.

Hot Toys: No Catwoman, no Penguin, no Riddler, no Two-Face, no Batgirl, no Bane.

Funko has actually come closest of any line to completing the roster, but even they have ignored Forever Robin and B&R Robin/Batgirl and Bane.

McFarlane has a year left to crank out a Nicholson Joker, a Returns wave and a B&R Bane. He will be a legend in my eyes if he manages it do it, for the sheer fact that he'd be the first to do it.

Yep, I've been wanting this line-up for a very long time. That's why despite the movie, I really love the character designs, colors and the way they will look lined up together.

No other franchise really has this level (or number) of crazy, colorful villains!

A Nolan line-up just isn't the same. Nor should it be.

With the characters in 1/6 on the shelf, all the colors and fun designs all assembled, you can make yourself believe they were in better movies.
