Really? The WW ES is 175 (the same for Evil Ryu) and only 25 pieces less than the current Exclusives (Vega, Cammy and Morrigan).

I wouldn't conclude on that. Out of the 50 people that bought it, I would say about 10 will probably flip the statue. 3 within the first months of release and the rest after the first month of release.

I'm just glad I got mine and one for my bro. The licking his lips really adds to the character. Perfect.

Akuma is done as far as 1/4 scale premium format style... I wont do another like that.

But Im not limited to just doing PFs. I dont think two Akuma pieces in 3 years is oversaturation :thumbs2:

It's not necessarly about the ES, but the character. Akuma is very popular, far more then those mentioned.

As for Vega, several of SF fans really disliked the unmasked face. But everything else about vegas is near perfect.

I think Cammy may have high potiential in being one of the more sought after SF characters.

does anyone think that we will eventually see every SF2 character done in this format? It would be nice if we could have ALL the original characters from the first SF2 BEFORE we get ones from the later series of games. Hopefully next we will see Guile, Ken, Zangief, Dhalsim, Honda, Blanka, Bison, Balrog, Sagat or Chun Li before we get someone like Sodom or Deejay.

I know most people think bigger is better, but I do wish that these statues were a little smaller. They would be easier to display together, as well as be a little less expensive.

i think there are so many evil ryu on ebay because it seems like most people that buy the exclusives do so with the intent on flipping them.

edit: and that doesn't just go for ryu, but for most SS exclusives

Still no bloddy luck. The prices are getting crazy. Reg Akuma went for $800 and Shin went for nearly $2,000!!!!!! Both on ebay!! Whoever has either Akuma is damn lucky, because this statue really is gold....

That did happen with the majority of (reg) Akuma. It's one of the reasons why you rarely see him on eBay. Everything else has been pretty much distributed through SS since. But I was reffering to a Exc for the fans, as to those who have purchased the majority of Jerry's SF PF line, or maybe a fan club service/program.

Well, I'm a liar, I'm not going to post any more pictures of Akuma, too lazy, but Crazyfoo has convinced me to collect only the regular editions of these pieces, too much $$$ and room otherwise.
