I know I probably won’t be able to afford this, but man do I want it. Catwoman is my favourite character and I loved Hathaway in the role. The original HT figure (with a face repaint) is still my favourite figure in my 1/6 collection.

Where is the best place to order JND for UK customers? It seems they don’t sell direct to the UK.

They do sell direct to the UK for this one. It depends on the license for each product, so for instance Harry Potter they couldn't sell in the UK directly.

However, I read that they will have a different version (C-Type+) on the official site and another version (C-Type) through distributors. C-Type should be sufficient for most collectors.

Excited for this, now I don’t have to pay a small fortune for a d.b. studio head, getting it painted and having to find a dextaostudio clothing set for a civilian outfit Selina.

Just remember that buying direct will likely incur hefty VAT and import customs fees.
The Hong Kong resellers can bypass this additional expense.

Yeah I’m aware cheers only downside of that process is reduced declared values mean that value is all you are entitled to if the parcel is lost/damaged. Always a bit of a gamble…

I see that as more the seller/sender’s issue.

We have evidence of what we’ve paid the stores so, if a package were to get lost, they’ll make things right with the customer (you or I.)

I dunno the proportions above the chest looks weird... very elongated.

Sculpt looks like an improvement from their 1/3.... but not quite at the level of Queen's batpod sculpt.

sleeves and leg portions of the boots are looking a bit too wrinkly to me. Sculpt looks great though. Still can't tell if it's a statue or not though

Yeah upon closer inspection the boots and gloves look sculpted? The material/color is also off on them, way too grey and matte.

For sure. Normally I'd say it's would soften up in production, but since JND's stuff doesn't really lose detail in production, I do not like seeing that heavy texture and dull look on those areas. That's something they'd have to change for sure.

I sort of just want the JND Civilian Selina and pick up the InArt Catwoman down the road.

We know that it's part of the 1/6 figure series. However, their 1/6 Bruce Wayne Type-C version comes with a non-articulated Batman figure aka a statue. That is why we're wondering if only the Selina Kyle looks will be articulated with the Catwoman suit version being a statue much like how the Batman part was for the Bruce Wayne figure.

The Batman figure was a statue because of 3D printed armor. The only parts on this that look to be static are the swap out forearms and feet.
