Looks great, no interest - but even if I did I wouldn't want to have to purchase two just to get Catwoman.

Pretty annoying they can do real cloth for these things but just use resin for the 1/3.

Yeah, sculpted Silicone. But still more cloth than the 1/3. Wonder if articulated joints will make their way to the statues in some degree.

Frustrating how they’re handling this but I get it in terms of having to recoup the cost since everybody would just want Catwoman. @Scout Trooper Is half the package worth roughly $900?

I was very tempted by the JND Catwoman however after comparing the prototype to some movie reference images (& even the Hot Toys 2.0) it's obvious JND haven't been able to add the torso seams around the chest area correctly. They should be positioned around the base of each breast (even HT got this correct) but they've gone freestyle with the seams and placed them wherever. The seams themselves are also far too thick (width) with the zipper having no obvious central join.

Great work from JND with the silicone but I'd have a hard time justifying such an expensive purchase when the outfit isn't even as accurate as the Hot Toys version.

Something is just off about the paint or whatever on the face, bit waxy and soft... she looks like a candle sculpture in shots like these.

I'll give it to JND, that's a great looking figure, probably their best yet.
I'm not sure Inart can top that but it will be interesting to see their take.

C-Type+ comes with an additional Selina Kyle body+costume to allow displaying two of the civilian looks simultaneously.
EDIT: Or since it doesn't come with an additional head, it may just be an added convenience for switching between maid and airport outfits faster.

Might have to pass at $1800+ (since only 2 head sculpts are included).

can’t even display all 3 looks simultaneously together since the 3rd body and outfit does not even include an extra head.

Yeah the more I look the more I’m disappointed with the top half of the suit. The body shape is wrong, the proportions are wrong and those seams are very noticeable now you have pointed out the issue! I mean we are nitpicking but for this money we should as this should be the ultimate and probably most expensive version of the character ever made. It’s not like a sculpt likeness issue where it’s subjective and you will never get it right for everyone’s eyes. These are quite obviously issues when comparing photos.

I’m not complaining because I can’t afford it. I probably will buy it. I just hope they work on it and solve these little issues.

Well. Going by their previous pricing model (I could be mistaken) the rooted figure would be worth $1K, and the sculpted hair figure $800, which adds up to the total price of the set.

I suppose that's what I'd be looking at, were I to split this up. With additional fees and shipping.

The pricing is robbery. $1k for rooted? Which is double HT's already expensive price for their rooted. And is it two figs with 3 costumes?

This is exactly why I take issue with JND Kojun Works. They should be providing the absolute best (for mass production), but they don’t go the extra mile as they should, IMHO. I’d be all for them if they were coming out with the definitive character representations in 1/6, but they simply don’t lol.. not enough for me, anyway.

I'm conflicted. I really like the figure. That's what's pulling me in. But it's also an expensive purchase that feels a little out of place for me. And the long wait between now and release, with enough variables and uncertainty at present, make this a difficult commitment for me. And with you involved, it's an even bigger decision.

I know I'd have some rather strict conditions if I were to split.

But my mind is telling me to stay clear. Maybe track one down after it's released (if I'm still gravitating towards it.

I'm more or less in the same boat. I think I'm getting a bit swept up in the hype of how good it looks upon first glance to be seriously considering it. It's more of a "want" than a need for Catwoman, much less for $900. Although I can't say I haven't spent that much for worse (aries outfit).

The outfit issues pointed out are also distracting, although those are things they might adjust. If you feel like you change your mind, let me know. I could probably be convinced into it.

I might be mistaken, but since the silicone body and sculpt and an integrated whole, wouldn't the extra body in the C-Type+ come with the head, therefore allowing all three outfits to be displayed?
