If you are not convinced by what you see, or if you are so rich that you use $1799 as toilet roll - then steer clear. Trust me, it's better to miss out, then be out of pocket when you realise that JND has your money, and do not intend to improve on what they are showing.

What you see on the screen is what's on offer from JND - you get to buy THAT - not some fantasy figure you always wanted - exactly what you see before you. Purchase with that in mind, and your money will be safe.

Definitely don’t be certain about any changes after PO is up for any product, from any brand, despite a lot of them stating so in PO promotional material, “subject to change”, it happens, but isn’t promised, that shouldn’t have to be mentioned.

However they gave Type A Bale Bruce Wayne rooted hair after PO went live because we asked for it and they happened to oblige. Every release will not be one and the same.

I'm not sure if you're being serious - but that's ok.

I'm not saying the piece is good or bad - I'm suggesting that people shouldn't buy it hoping that JND will improve on what's shown. If you see the "faults" and you're happy with it, then go ahead - have fun.

In my personal opinion, I like it - I can see the "issues" - like her hanging breasts, and the inaccuracies in the suit - but IF I were to buy it, I would accept those points and expect that to be in the box on the day of delivery.

Yeah I see the legs more in and out a little bit, but I wonder if she can sit or crouch for example lol

That’d blow the suit out, followed by the silicone body. Treat it like a statue you can pose, but be modest in your posing. Not a Hot Toy.

You’d be able to put her on the Bat-Pod if you wanted, but this figure would have to be expendable to you at that point.

IMO if you are going to try and put her on the bat pod just get the Queen studio statue in 1/6. It’s pretty much perfect likeness wise and is sculpted for a perfect pose on the bike unlike the awkward way hot toys figures “fit” on it. It would also be cheaper to get the QS statue with bike included for half the price of this AND it will never degrade. It’s stone!

Lokki, you are 100% right and thank you for the advice that’s a really well reasoned and responsible thing to point out!

I certainly am not rich. I have to do overtime to earn enough to pay these things off. I’m lucky that I have some disposable income but it’s definitely not limitless and I am sometimes paying these things off for months later. I should also use this money to do things like pay off my mortgage earlier but we all prioritise silly things to varying degrees right? But I do think carefully.

So for me would I be happy to own the figure set as it is now? Yes.
Would I hope it gets improved? Yes.
Will I be disappointed if it is not improved? Yes.
Will I be happier owning it as it is or not owning it all? Owning it as it is.

So I will probably order it later, I will no doubt be very happy with it. But I could be happier and I do think it’s well within their ability to make it pretty much perfect with minimal changes. If they don’t then it is unlikely we will get anything better from anyone else so will still be the best representation out there. I was seriously looking at the 1/3 statue recently and am so glad I didn’t get that now!

If you’re set on the purchase, just spam them with the details @Adama layed out above on their socials mostly FB and hope for the best. If you’re pleased now then the only thing that could sway you is how it is in hand / reviews.

I can see why people are comparing this to the 1/3 statue - but they are very different animals. Buying either one would not satisfy a craving for the other - IMHO - just based on scale alone.

There has been so much controversey over the likeness on the 1/3 - but this is mainly from people who don't own the piece, and have likely never seen it in the "flesh". Now, don't get me wrong - at these prices, people need to base their purchasing decisions on something, and if that something is an amatuer photograph of an inhand piece - taken in poor lighting, with lens distortion and a shaky hand - well, so be it.

That said, as the owner of the 1/3 (both JND and Queen Studios) - I'm not seeing anything here to make me regret my past purchases, or feel in anyway that this is somehow superior - but this is just my opinion! Subjective as it clearly is.

If you are a 1/6 collector - this is a no brainer, based on the prototype - but if you tend more towards larger scales - IMHO - this will not scratch the itch. If you can find the JND 1/3 - and you're willing / able to see it in person, you will not be disappointed. Likewise, if you can stretch for the Queen Studio piece, again - you will be blown away - they are both, that good - IMHO

Must be licensing issues so they can't sell directly to USA. Probably blocked by Sideshow/Hot Toys agreement with WB like what they did to Jazzinc for Returns Catwoman.

must be only for 1/6 licensing because I bought the 1:3 Hathaway direct from JND (as well as the Pfieffer).

I was about to PO but I guess I'm out if I can't get the C+ with the extra 3rd body for $1800+

Canada wasn't available either. Maybe there is a us and/or Canada based retailer that jnd has an agreement or partnership that restricts is from buying directly from JND Studios. I say give them an email or message them on Facebook etc to see the issue.

I myself will pass on it...the exchange rate makes this way way too pricey. I too wished they sold her as Catwoman alone.

I was trying to justify the price in my headspace because it was essentially 2.5 figures for essentially two-grand.

At this point I'll settle for my 1:6 Queen Batpod statue and a $500 rooted InArt as my Hathaway display, which combined is still cheaper than JND.

IIRC, with their 1st Harley Quinn 1:3 statue, JND gave advanced noticed that some territories were excluded from buying direct (due to licensing) but not with this 1:6 Catwoman.
