Anyone pulling the trigger on this? I can't decide - I know it's a bad buy, as much as I don't want the civilian outfit, it's growing on me. I don't need the catwoman figure though - I only would want the other part.....

Yeah, I have done it. First JND so let’s see how it goes. If I’m not happy I will get most of my money back splitting it on eBay. But I doubt I will want to part with it once it is in hand.

Spec still has the other JND 1:6 releases available so plenty of time to think / save up for / find someone to split.

Tbh I was looking at another Hathaway purchase the last few weeks before this came about so it feels like fate. I had to go for the C+ as a third body makes it seem far more worth it to me. I have a custom head sculpt in the works anyway (PT studio) so I may be able to make a third decent figure with that if it scales correctly…. (Wishful thinking).

I reckon you'll need to be careful with how (any) custom headsculpt will join to the body. From the looks of things, and considering the whole JND "integrated neck" thing - you might need to get something like an additional neck piece.

I’m waiting on Spec and will decide depending on how much the markup will be.

The Catwoman looks good but I mainly want the 2 civilian looks since that has never been offered before.

"If you're smart" you'd understand that a lot of interests exceed most average living costs. So, I ask again, what's your point?

If someone is having to decide between paying their bills or buying an action figure - the story tells itself.

In case, my point isn't clear to you - I will spell it out - **** costs money, these are luxury goods, and you buy them if you can afford it. Comparing the cost of luxury goods to bills is pretty silly, and pointless. Let's put it another way, let's say you don't buy this figure - but instead, over the period of 6 months - you buy, what, five Hot Toys figures - bam, those 5 figures now cost more than a months rent.....so? What's the message here? Don't buy anything that exceeds a months rent - ever!
