Someone on this forum years ago likend collecting 1/6 figures to collecting fruit. They look great at first blush, then slowly deteriorate or get superseded by better versions. To me, Ledger Jokers are like apples.
InArt already working on their 2.0 since they themselves have already surpassed their own quality since that releaseExtremely intrigued by this. Magnetic glass eyes. Individually articulated fingers. Silicone skin. Realistic body odor. Definitive TDK Joker? Possibly…until next month when a new TDK Joker is revealed by (insert new 1/6 company) that blows them all away.

They don't really need it for TDK Batman, but definitely will be great for a BvS Batman if they make him. He'd be able to turn his head like in the movie without the whole piece turning and coming out of alignment and off the shoulders. Same for a Begins batman-while he doesn't really turn his head in that Begins cowl, you'd be able to keep the lower portion in place to remain accurate while still getting some head/neck articulationInteresting definitely. It'll work for those non-masked characters like Superman but the silicone seamless feature doesn't work for Batman.

I'd been feeling that way pretty much since I've opened my InArt Joker and that teaser video was just the nail in the coffin. It will be sold in 2024Many collectors with their InArt Jokers after they saw the JND teaser:

And poor Hot Toys haven’t even released their Artisan Joker and they have to deal with this
This is downright revolutionary. If JND pull this off, they will change the whole hobby.
Or it may, like the BVS cowl did.Interesting definitely. It'll work for those non-masked characters like Superman but the silicone seamless feature doesn't work for Batman.
Yea I can understand that. Though, for ones like the Batfleck cowls and Keaton, I'd image the texture/feel of the silicone would be more accurate to the real props made of rubber/foam latex etc.Just kinda feels weird for the cowl to have that same silicone texture. I associate the silicone with "flesh" rather than some sort of kevlar type armor.
No more needing 3 different versions to chose from: neckless, sculpt with neck, or separate sculpt with separate neck/chest piece. Just the one and you still retain articulation in the head and neckNow I hope JND gets the Indiana Jones license.
This. This right here times 1000%. We are in dire need of a decent, high end RotLA Indy. I just don’t understand why no one is taking a stab at this. Now I hope JND gets the Indiana Jones license.
