They can't seem to show it off properly... have to get these awkward screen grabs for the sculpts.

Likeness wise the HT looks more accurate.

Hard to know for certain until we see more
but they do appear to be from that photo.

I wish they’d get someone to make the suit lay right so we’d have a better idea on these things. Though I’m eagerly awaiting to see collectors get these in hand to really show the potential + how everyone decides to use different parts.

Not liking the silhouette here so far. Doesn't evoke Ledger Joker to me.

Really curious what he will look like once properly futzed though.

So I dunno wtf that unboxing stream was, yapped for 2 hrs and barely showed the figure. Couldn't get any real good shots of him like they were trying to hide it or something.

Anyways so far from what is shown, HT's likeness is better.

I think the hair styling is making it look weird. His hair was to the side but the top ran different directions. Proper styling might help it. Also the face paint looks a little soft

I don't know if there are parts from this I would like to use. But I'm definitely not sold on the entire package.
