I have no idea with licencing and such but this time, HT is going head to head with 3rd parties at the same time on the same character if they are to do a Joker.

HT is way behind the curve on this figure... which tells me they might not be doing it. This is something that should have gone up months ago if they were. His look was not a secret.

Must be something HT just doesn't want to do. Otherwise there wouldn't be so many other companies vying for a position on this. I mean, there's 5 versions. Certainly they must know something. This never happens to this degree.

I think that specific look was when he ran from the police on his way to the studio. He was sweating and the makeup had started to run. He touched it up before he went on the air with Murray.

I can?t wait for this to hit pre order.

I doubt hot toys is making this since they haven?t even displayed a prototype

Where is the best place to pre order toys era?

I could imagine HT producing (depending on license) at some point if these end up selling out. No way to know how much they end up making.

Huge difference in quality from say a SS figure and a HT.

If the toy era doesn?t look like a cheap doll i may get it. But i would love to see HT tackle this.

Biggest concern for me is if I get this and then HT release theirs that is better. I think Toys Era is actually waiting on Hot Toys as well. If there is no HT, you can bet Toys Era will max their price. Like a Deluxe Venom price. I was going to get their Venom but didn't like the neck joint and since there will Venom 2, I'm hoping HT will get the license and make 1/6.

Back to this Joker. I think HT will need to release one with 2 heads to compete.
