I didnt even know it was due anytime soon. Went all quiet then boom, people getting shipping details. Sideshow really need to nail something after some bad qc issues of late.

When it comes to busts, I'm pretty happy with the last ones I got (GL and Neytiri). I hope the joker will be even better, he have big potential specially with nice mix media he have.

Yes those two were good. The Neytiri is fantastic. I was very disappointed with the iron man 1:2 and it pains me to say as much as it was sent out real bad, I may still get it as I can fix it up. shouldnt have to mind.

I agree. If they get the paint right so the colours pop and the eyes insane like and with decent mix media, this really could be quite special.

Got mine In today. Posted this a la few minutes ago on statueforum so I thought I'd share here also here is and a mini review. If you have specific questions I try my best to answer them.

1) the paint on the face and around the eyes are fn awesome
2) paint around lips looks great in person no so much in pics
3) eyebrows are so so but not a big deal I'm just being extra picky for all you super **** folk who will find every tiny flaw.
4) paint on hair is also great. The hair is kind of rubberey so the strands won't break. Thats good
5) the teeth are really cool. Look great if there was one thing I could complain about would be it could of used more sheen same with the gums
6) purple jacket awesome and the lapel is 2 tone bottom cloth tip velvet.
7) bow tie needs some fussing but is adjustable so you can re -tie it to make it look really good. I still need to mess with it
8) the buttons look cool
9)shirt has nice feel like slik
10) the flower can be adjusted a bit and made well so won't fall apart
11) sculpt details are top notch from the poors in the skin and the squinted eyes and skin texture in neck. All over just badass
12) and finally what you are all probably waiting for.... The eyes. First they look really good in person very lifelike acrylic or not they still look very good. As for them being off.... I'm still not quite sure, at most angles it looks fine from one angle it looks a little off. Compared to the proto it's hard to tell because the pics are always takes from a angle and not head on. It might just be how it's intended. Joker does have some crazy eyes. In person it's not that noticeable.

Here are (I hope) better pics some are taken with a flash and I believe it actually will give you a better idea on the color because in person it is vibrant

it's hard to believe that after 20 years Sideshow still cant get the eyes straight. It's not as bad as some of the green goblin busts I saw, but it's not acceptable for 700$ item. now I'm worried about mine

Yeah I'm not seeing the complaint about the eyes at all. Looks nice!

They're off by about a millimeter. Which if scaled down 1/4 probably wouldn't be noticable but at life size makes him look like he has a lazy eye.

To be fair you shouldn't really judge until seeing it in person. No disrespect but most peoples photography isn't the best. Unless it's obviously bad QC but I've not seen anything to worry me about this one yet, so I'm still excited.

If I'm not happy with it when it does finally arrives though, I'll simply just get my money back
