I'm so glad mine converted I was going to order the reg if it diddnt but very happy to be in on the exclusive list now

Congrats bishop. I think there will be more conversions as it gets closer to shipping out. This piece isn't done converting just yet. SSC has pulled the old WL closed and sold out gag one too many times. Everyone on the WL just hang on tight and enjoy the ride.

They don't close a wait list normally before pre-orders have even processed. Sure they can pull the 'sold out, get on the wait list' card but not the 'wait list closed, your SOL' card before. There won't be many converts on this piece. Especially with a NRD.

Sorry buttmunch, I have to disagree. There were many people in this thread that said no conversions will happen with this piece...especially with an NRD. I said early on that conversions will happen. That is exactly what went down.
As long as the ES on the EX is 1250, more of these conversions will happen. I understand that you can't put yourself on a WL for this now, but anyone who is on it should wait it out. The Reg ES hasn't even been announced as far as I know. That could be in the thousands. Picking up a Reg for a reasonable price should be easy for some time to come. No reason to give up on WL if you are already on it. The fact that we just heard a member say he converted means that it's still possible.
People can have too many releases at the same time this is coming out. They can lose jobs, have health issues, bills piling up, or credit card declines just to name a few factors. As far as the NRD, don't forget SSC has allowed every customer one free pass. To the peeps on the WL.....hold the line! You can get a Reg at a fair price if your EX doesn't convert.

So I stand by my statement that any WL order after the first week of the EX selling out won't get one. There is just no way. I'm sure hundreds got on it that week and there are only going to be so many cancelations. High interest items like this tend to not have many people bailing on it. Even the Cobra Commander EX never came back in stock. A few wait list converts sure, but CC is no Joker. There will be a few wait list converts between now and shipping and after that things will dry up and everyone on the wait list will be sad.

It actually would be better for me if there were no more WL conversions. I have 2 EXs on order. However, I'm always pulling for our members to be able to pick up the pieces that they want. We have all been on the outside looking in at one point or another in this hobby.

I think out of the 3 WL you have, this has the highest chance to convert.

Yeah I jumped on the lust right after it sold out within an hour I think I did the same for skaar now I just need to covert on that one then I will have joker ex,vamperilla ex,then skaar ex
