Premium Format Joker

Ex 386 arrived today. SS really knocked it out of the ballpark with this one. Both head sculpts are fantastic. I can tell that I will be switching them out frequently. Still need to futz his costume at little more, but the fabric and tailoring are great. Now we have another long wait until Batman can keep him company.

Nice what head do you like better for the main display? he looks amazing!

The reg head is classic Joker so it's better for the main display but the ex head has a lot of personality that completely changes the look. I'm just glad that I have the choice of both looks.

When I first ordered this, I admit I wasn't too crazy about the EX head, but now that I have it in hand, I'm really liking it a lot. The hat adds a bit of dignity and class to it, zoot suit style, mixed in with a bit of a murdering psycho. Any ways, looks much better in person.

Yeah too bad the next ex are not like these anymore. They are now just a print, tiny flower or hand for the ex now. Very lame in my opinion. Very bad trend not to mention the costs going way up for less.

My wife bought me this.
Now I am waiting to pick it up. It's an awesome statue (even if I'm not a Joker fan, this is gold).

Crap! Bad news I got on kind of early on the 12th but just receive a letter from SS saying that there is minium cancelations so my WL will be cancel. It has not gone yet. But doesn't look good. Oh well it's almost time to go fishing for flipper soon. I guess it the punishment for coming in late into this hobby.

I'd get it sooner rather than later. With all the talk of how awesome it is and the in hand pics, you'll not be the only one fishing.

Actually it would be very easy. All they need to do is make a good pose because this one sucks IMO.

Just noticed on the exclusive head it looks like Joker is biting the side of his lip while clenching his teeth. If anyone on this forum can replicate the same facial expression by biting their lip at the same place and still have your teeth clenched together then your a better man than me! ITS IMPOSSIBLE!!!!

He towers over the DCD Harley because of his tall base, but I think they look great together.

If anyone on this forum can replicate the same facial expression by biting their lip at the same place and still have your teeth clenched together then your a better man than me! ITS IMPOSSIBLE!!!!

Got my Joker Ex today and OMG!!!!! this is a great piece. I think ppl on this forum use the word Grail to loosely but I really feel that this has grail potential for sure.

I ordered the EX but had no intention of displaying that head. Now I have it in hand I LOVE the EX. So glad sideshow did not bow to pressure and change the sculpt cause it is awesome.

The QC on this looks top notch great representation of the PO pics and the item is flawless.

This brings me to my only gripe, not about this item but why oh why can't every piece be this good. Why must we suffer through Rogue and Psylocke to then get a statue like this?

Anyway bring on Bats and Ivy, Supes and the rest if this is the quality then bring it all on!!!!!

Now excuse me while I lay down a moment to compose myself and figure out how to get this into this damn Besta. (he is tall)

i saw it up close last year and really liked it...was considering buying it but held off
a side by side will be the deciding factor for me...if i don't like them matched up then yes, i will wait for the inevitable SS (which i'm sure will be well done)

You're not thinking it through all the way. First off, can anyone smile like the Joker? Nope. He's the Joker. His smile is unique.

Second, if you actually look at the face he is pulling, he is biting on his lower lip. I can certainly do that. Its just that my lower lip isn't nearly as long as his. Its so long that it looks like he's biting the side of his mouth, but he isn't. His smile is just that much different than a normal person's.
