3D is a fun diversion for movies you have seen dozens of times already in 2D.

It’s like watching it for the first time again from a new perspective, no pun intended.

I’m no hardcore 3D fanatic but I can’t recommend these enough in 3D:

The rebel fleet arriving in 3D is jaw dropping.

I totally forgot about TWS in 3D since it's been so long since I saw it that way. The helicarrier cannons blasting at Falcon looked awesome!

I could not agree more. It's sort of mind-boggling how good they hold up. The only CGI in that movie that looks dated to me is the first scene with the brachiosaurus up close, where the texture work starts to look low resolution, but that's probably more to do with the 4K transfers showing us more detail these days. Everything else is exemplary. I've yet to see a CGI dinosaur rendered as well as the T-Rex in those night scenes. Props to Steve 'Spaz' Williams!

Same with tmnt 1990. Those suits hold up so well years later and no other tmnt movie could touch it. Some of the best looking turtles put on screen.

It's wierd how they made the sequel to this decades ago with Bob Hoskins as a plumber and Dennis Hopper as an evolved T-Rex.

I've heard that rumor too and I agree, it would be hard to come back from that But I also remember seeing rumors leading up to each JW movie that said the Spinosaurus was going to return, but that never happened. Hopefully, the mutant dino rumors are completely false or something that's been taken way out of context.

I definitely prefer the spino rumors. It grew on me. Jp3 wasn’t the best but atleast it had dinosaurs and explored different things. Putting actual monsters in the movie that aren’t dinosaurs or don’t even resemble them would just destroy the franchise for me and I won’t even bother.

I understand the dinosaurs aren’t accurate to how they are but they still look like freakin dinosaurs and not abominations. So yes let’s hope they stay grounded. But those rumors made my excitement low

As Malcolm said. Just cause they can doesn’t mean they should lol. It’s a stupid idea. Especially if it looks like a muto. What a stupid design.
