it's like when resident evil ended all civilizations in the third movie. you have nowhere else to go.
even the quiet place sequel started getting stale.
so did the walking dead. so did planet of the apes. it starts to get stale and dull.
( unless is like fallout where societies just move underground)
Exactly. And that's my issue with JP. The human element was every bit as interesting as the dino's, originally. Now it's pew-pew, bang-bang! Kill it!!!

Now what?

Interestingly enough, the formula they're using for JP is what I'd like to see used in the Monsterverse. I don't care about the humans in that film and I absolutely never will. The irony is not lost on me there. Minus One was amazing. But you can forget about Hollywood pulling that off.

Yes, totally agree with this.
So much of the Jurassic fandom seem to only care about what dinosaurs are in the movie, how much cool stuff they do, how many they kill etc etc.
They cream themselves with excitement because whateverwhocaresasaurus is in it.
The series has devolved into monster movies. Mindless slop monster movies.
These movies might as well be directed by Paul W S Anderson. And star his admittedly lovely but can't act for ****, wife.

They just needed to do what the hell they have been building up towards for years and have the dinosaurs take over the humans. Instead they gave us these ******* bugs. It's like the terminator movies always building up towards the war and the movies never have a war in it. Same old thing. Chase a person throughtout the movie plot. Salvation tried it though. Anyway yea they should just switch it up.

Those movies were barely resident evil. Had they followed the games and the lore they would have made better movies but the guy made those films to tug it to his wife. Honestly I don't blame him becuase it seems that no body knows how to make RE live action content even if they try to make it close to the games. That last movie was worse than any of those Anderson films.

And walking dead? Psh. I can't believe that is still going. I can't believe like somewhere in the year 2012-2014 the world was enamored with that series so heavily and now it is barely talked about. What a repetative slog of a show that goes through the same exact crap over and over again. Glad that fad is over.
