Oh, and in reguards to the whole discussion over Namor, Robodad is right. Namor has only ever sided with villains out of necessity, not by choice. Namor's personality really doesn't add itself to the whole "hero" theme. His responsibility is to his people and his kingdom and Namor will do whatever he can to protect them.
Sometimes it's hard to be the king.

I love the Dragonball Universe and hopefully Akira Toriyama will get back to writing new stuff.

I still say Frieza owns all! One of my all-time favorite villians. Too bad Trunks dispenses of him with ease when he becomes a cyborg. That's the best Dragon Ball character design right there. That or Perfect Cell.

Couldn't have said it better myself. I too have an issue with how easily Cyborg Frieza was killed as well as the super-cool looking King Cold who is supposed to be one of the strongest fighters in the universe.

The top villains are Frieza, Cell, Majin Buu and, of course, Piccolo Daimaoh.

Doom never shout out one-liners, are you serious? Now I admit that the original Dr. Doom, the one that Stan Lee and Jack Kirby created, is the one I like the best and he is WAY over the top.
Yes, original Doom yelled one-liners and I have the comics to prove it, but a lot of people seem to forget the source material.
Doom was perfect, plan and simple. But hey, since we have such Fantastic Four specialists who have read all of the material since the beginning then maybe they could write a better film then say Stan Lee.

I look at this film and see a tight, concise and very entertaining movie. But hey, you can't please everyone.

You know what would please me, if Doom sank to Atlantis and convinced Namor to attack the Fantastic Four. Lest we forget it happened in the comics, since everyone here read them.

Bottom line is, Doom is potrayed terribly. He doesn't even ever refer to himself as Doom for crying outloud. If he would've atleast referred to himself as Doom and carried himself with a larger than life ego, I could've forgiven the terrible one-liners he has in both movies. But there's not a single shred of what makes Doom such a great character in the movies. None.

If there's a third film does anyone else think it might involve an alliance between Dr Doom and Namor The Submariner.

Doom ended up getting flung into the ocean and at the end of the film Reed and Sue had to abandon their wedding because there was a report Venice was sinking into the Adriatic, maybe the Submariner is somehow responsible for that.

It would be a cool direction to take the franchise, you'd have a fresh love triangle between Namor, Sue and Reed. Doom and Namor (before he turned into a hero) would make a pretty powerful villain team and the special effects to create Atlantis would look cool.

Sounds like goood watching (if they make it). But good idea, Jabba.

Well I took the kids to see it yesterday and well...................I have to say I was surprised. I actually really enjoyed it, I don't know if its because I went in expecting the worse but we really enjoyed it. I actually think this movie was better than SM3. Sue did look like a Vivid girl! ahahhahaha
But I liked it, it also made me want to pick up reading the FF again.
I give it a 8/10.


Sue and Reed didn't abandon their wedding they just sped it up. So they are married now....

I like the idea of Namor in a FF movie, unfortunately I think Universal has the rights to Namor - so it's not likely.

You know what the Silver Surfer reminds me of? Really, you must know! The Tin Man from the 1930's adaptation of Wizard of Oz. I wonder if they're related? Hmmm... I wonder.
