The bear grabbed the cougar by the neck? Somehow I find that hard to believe.
And he walked away with only a few bruises and scratches on his arms? Idunno, you'd think a wild cat would do a little more damage than that.
If this did really happen..the bear wasn't protecting him, she was protecting her cubs.
