I think that is basically anyone's guess as there are no 100percent clear moments of that area. Maybe someone else can chime in?
At a pure guess, I'd say being an overcoat blazer, it would only have the top pocket(s).

The blazer is 80% complete, you may find the welt pocket and the orange lining here

I am sorry... after a long time consideration, I make my final decision that I will use Star Industries fabric for the blazer. Since all of you were satifactory for this color. Evne though the fabric nature is not as fine as my requirement, I hv tried my very best to find a way to reduce the bulkness as far as possible e.gs collar and neck seam, even after adding the lining.

I would always have chosen the better color over the better fabric any day so i'm happy with Kato's decision, we have seen pics of stark blazer with the coat and it really does not look like the extra bulk is harming the look of the figure ..starks material may not be up to Kato's normal standards but it certainly look miles better the the dx!.

I'm of the 'would have preferred Kato's gear' opinion too
It looks good, (as everything Kato does, it looks freakin' amazing) but very HT-thick and appearing. Dareisay even out of place with the other Kato materials.
I dunno, just my 2c
