Not bad.

They are many my friend, it seems to be a facet of this hobby. On Bela, Lee Dracula and Van Helsing....they have belt loops. The period of clothing had adjustable waistline, like a vest. But they added inaccurate belt loops. Then....didn't even bother to thread a belt through them to at least 'fix" it. It bugs me, but I am probably the only person on Earth who feels this way, lol.
If Frankenstein has them, there will be something akin to this happening......I'm guessing that the inaccurate belt loops on the Dracula and Van Helsing trousers are down to cost cutting. As was using the same black neck tie on both figures (inaccurate to Lee's Dracula).
Making a high volume of them in bulk would work out cheaper, with anything left over getting reused on other different figure lines.
Then again this all goes out the window as they could have saved money on not including the inaccurate black satin lining on Dracula's cape.
I had a family member (God rest their soul) who was a Pastor. Who also loved him some classic monsters. They actually misspoke the joke of this cartoon while giving their Christmas sermon. Surprisingly there wasn't any pearl clutching,, but everyone got a really good laugh that evening.
Could also be the schedule of the factory. Don't show a pre order till you are in the que of the factory so that resources can be locked down. So the company and customers aren't waiting.I wouldn’t be surprised if we don’t see it pop up until next Halloween. KP is a small group from what I gather so they only have so many resources to go around. Taking on too much at one time never goes well. If holding off on preorders helps with a faster turn around time then it’s for the best. The Hammer Dracula set was heavily delayed from the initial estimate so fine with waiting to preorder if it helps keep things moving regularly.
This is the most sensical take for me here. I think they’d like to start fulfilling these prior releases before opening the next preorder for a character in the same niche as the last two. It’s probably a nice gap for those getting every one of them, especially if they are purchasing all the deluxe sets.Maybe they don't want to get too much "in the pipeline" before actually fulfilling some orders? Just in the realm of classic monsters, they still have to ship out Phantom of the Opera and London After Midnight. Plus they are working on that super super expensive silicone line.
If they do Wolfman (as I was told was being done, and expected him before Phantom and London) I will have to take the plunge. Also, if they did a 1/6 Vincent Price akin to NECA's 7 Ultimate figure, I would bite as well. I am in "hem haw" mode with Frankenstein due to space and possible bank account draining price. This is the most sensical take for me here.
