One great thing about KP is they have varying interest and not only American stars.

Bud Spencer and Terrance Hill were great...

Hoping for...Adriano Celentano figure down the line Jeana Paul Belmondo and a Luis De Fuentes.

Aside from maybe Conan, i've no real interest in those characters. I'm looking forward to seeing how they turn out though.

I was hoping for a Brett Sherlock Holmes, but sadly i don't see that ever happening.

I would knock down an alpaca to get at a Jeremy Brett Holmes figure of this calibre. Just sayin'.

Brett Holmes is my #1 dream figure.

For years, Peter Cushign was my "go to" Sherlock Holmes. Then, on night, on a small black and white tv with rabbit ear attenae, I discovered a little program called Mystery on PBS. Hosted by one favorite actor I grew up with. Vincent Price. introducing me to the man who would take the title from Mr. Cushing. Cushing looked like Holmes, he acted like Holmes. Jeremy Brett WAS Sherlock Holmes.

Brett Holmes was one of my all-time dream projects, back when I was imagining all the character-figures I'd hope to one day see in 1:6 scale. He really did have some of the sharpest Victorian outfits that would look great in figure form, but which particular outfit and look would we want to see?

I think there might be only all of a dozen or so collectors who would buy a Brett Holmes figure. KP couldn't even sell through their Inspector Clouseau stock. Brett Holmes is niche, but should never be considered out of the question.

I grew up on the old Basil Rathbone movies. He too looked great as Holmes, but like Cushing was very one dimensional in the role.
Brett really peeled back the layers of the character like no else. He was perfection, as was the series itself.

And that's the sad reality of it. There are just not enough collectors who would buy one.

IF there ever was a figure in the works, i'd love the Top-hat look with the deer stalker and tweed jacket thrown in with the other accessories...Pipe, Violin, Cane and an armchair. Lovely!

I cobbled together another body so i can display two of the Cushing sculpts. I also re-painted the grey hair highlights to look a little more subtle.

My plan is to use the hatted and angry sculpts for Van Helsing. I want to use the neutral sculpt on a Sherlock Holmes custom i plan on piecing together.

I hope so too! I’d love if they did something similar to what NECA did and gave him alternate heads/hands to depict him at different ages. Knowing them, they’d each be locked behind a different level or exclusive but I’d rather the hoops to jump through to never having them available at all.

I’m really glad we’re getting decent a decent Phantom and Frankenstein from KP so I can stop coveting your awesome customs. Wolfman fits in surprisingly well. Him being bigger than the rest fits for a werewolf.
