Certainly glad he didn't look like that. It would've been better and spookier if they would've just stuck with the "Without Warning" design that Hall played rather than that weird, rubbery looking thing. But at least Stan Winston saved the day!

Without Warning---the film about an Alien Hunter that inspired Predator. Kevin Peter Hall is the Alien. Check out his netting for clothes, that Predator kind of used also. The story (far as the Urban Legend goes) is 20th Century Fox liked the picture, saw the potential for something better, bought it and shelved it...then 6 or 7 years later we get predator. Check it:
