Update time. With a baby on the way, I've been trying to transition to smaller prop collecting. I've picked up a few prop weapons, and have several to share.

Let's start with this M41a Pulse Rifle from Aliens. This was an airsoft model, which I've reworked into a display piece. Really happy with the end result, I'd put it up against an HCG any day. Just shot these pics today, enjoy!

That gun looks very real, great job! Congrats on your little one on the way too. Babies are great for guys like us...collectors, home theater buffs, hobbyist...they give you an excuse to stay in like a hermit lol.

Your collection is looking awesome these days. It's clean, pro-displayed, and curated with excellent taste. I'm really losing my luster for quantity-based collections these days. It's so much better to have a refined collection of amazing pieces, than a million so-so acquisitions. Job well done!

Wow thanks for the complement! TBO most of the statues in my collection thread are long gone. I'm down to only a handful of sculpted pieces. The majority of my collection is now latex display masks from particular artists I admire, along with (mostly custom) 1/6 figures. I find that I never miss anything that I sell so if I get the urge to sell a piece anymore I just do it. My budget has gone into my home theater equipment. I'm moving into my new house next month and will be building a dedicated theater.

I think that Dog alien is calling my name. I love the big chap too, but I have plenty of him in my collection.
