yeah i've seen these girls before. they're from a burger place in arizona. the burgers they are holding are called quadruple bypass burgers. the place was started by a doctor (hence all the nurses serving people) actually he was specifically a nutritionist. tells you that doctors will sell you out for some of that money.

also apparently if you weigh over 350 pounds you eat there for free.
