They don't know what they are missing. I have been thinking about something though. My grocery store sells something called sizzlers. They are about the diameter of a hamburger. They are very thing slices a ribeye with a very thin hamburger in the middle. You grill them just like a burger. Could this be the answer for my steak in a double down question? I think it just might be.
