Here's my review of the Inflames Toys Bai Long Ma (White Dragon Horse) from their Journey to the West series. Absolutely love this horse, with awesome detailing and articulation to boot! Full review of deluxe set partner Tang Sanzang coming soon :)

And here's my review of the new Inflames Toys Tang Sanzang (Tripitaka Monk) from the Journey to the West :)

A beautiful set, with great accessories and all round high quality. Together with the Bai Long Ma (White Dragon Horse), this is one of my fav 1/6th scale sets for 2016!

Here's my One Sixth Scale End of 2016 Collection Update video.

It was a massive year for me in terms of 1/6th scale. I actually thought I'd be slowing down, but 2016 was my biggest year yet!

Still a bit more space for some things coming in 2017, so hopefully you can check it out, subscribe, and stay tuned for more vids in 2017 :)

Here's my review of the new Asmus Toys Frodo and Sam 2-figure set. The head sculpts are still a bit disappointing, letting down an otherwise awesome set with great tailoring on the clothes and high quality accessories.

Here's my review of the recent Hot Toys War Machine Mk1 diecast figure. An absolute design marvel that's right up there with the best from 2016 in my collection!

Here's my review of the new X-Transbots MX-III Eligos (aka Cyclonus). It looks beautiful out of the box, and the bot mode is very nice, but the transformation sequence is just utter frustration. I have never sworn at a toy as much as this before, and there were many steps where I felt like throwing this in the bin.
XT really need to work on designing intuitive and elegant transformations, not overly complex and frustrating ones.

Here's my review of the new Skeletor. Such a beautiful looking statue that complements the He-Man so well! Can't wait to get Evil-Lyn, and hope they continue this series for years to come!

Do you mind me asking how much those cases were? Those are pretty much exactly what I'm looking for!

Do you mind me asking how much those cases were? Those are pretty much exactly what I'm looking for!

I got those locally from an Australian retailer at www.shopsupplies.com.au

At the time I got them, they were around AUD$850 for the large tall cabinets. My first arrived damaged, so they sent me the 2nd one for free. I salvaged the first so essentially got two for the price of one!

The low wide one I also got from them, and that cost about AUD$800. I think the prices have gone up since I got them 2-3 years ago. Cost of them importing into Australia has gone up a lot I think. But they're great cabinets that really allow me to display my collection better than I ever could have before.

I love the 80s :)

oh no, you are a young one probably....in Japan they are called team gatchamen....I know them 2 out the five g-force members....This was an animated soap opera from my youth, this and Robotech...:rock2

Lol yeah it was known as Gatchaman in Japan, and it was then translated and modified slightly for the USA audience as Battle of the Planets. Bloody great cartoon :) I just wish companies would actually finish the team! They normally start with the first two and then stop!
