So let's list the problems and fixes:

Sabers are wrong, clips dont work - Solution: Switch Ki and Aayla's since they have each others sabers
Belt is loose: new holes, Topstick

For the robes issue and height issue I'd need a screen cap that has reference or something so I can tell how "off" it is.

The robe thing is definitely just me being picky, but it is slightly shorter.

Ok, for me it's livable. Now just need to know how badly the height is off. From the look of it he is on the normal Buck would would make him (roughly) 6 feet. SW.com Databank says 1.98 meters or 6'4". Maybe some padding in his boots, but those seem realllly tight. Probably should have been on a big boy Buck but I think it's ok to fudge just a bit.

Oh, yes. Silas Carson is like 6'3" or something. Do you remember how Nute Gunray towered over Darth Maul in TPM? That's also Silas Carson. And if I recall correctly, Ray Park is somewhere around 5'10". So yeah, Ki-Adi-Mundi is way too short.

Actually everything looks about right with the boots. The head doesnt really bother me either. It's just he needs another inch or two.

I think that the proportions look pretty good, judging by the comparison shots. I am, however, in agreement that Ki just seems a little too...little. I have a couple of extra of the larger Bucks and I am going to try a swap. I hope the costume fits...particularly the boots. I wonder if the Buck's feet can be changed.

I would say a taller buck would be a good idea... but not the Big Boy. First off the Big Boy is one of the worse bodies in terms of poseability and messed-up joints. Also, I think the clothes would fit oddly on that body.

They pop up from time to time on Ebay, pretty cheap too. I used an extra Qui-Gon Body on my Anakin and it looks great standing next to Obi Wan.

I think the Big Boy adds about an inch overall... but I agree about the bulk being an issue.

You sure? I have two nudes; one being the big boy and the other a AA buck and I don't see an inch. Unless the nonAA buck is smaller?

I just know that my Kurgan figure (on the Big Boy) is about 13" tall... but they may have added height elsewhere.
