I think it goes up about 1pm NZ time and if America is 10 hours ahead that would make it available too order at 11pm

The newsletter usually comes out at 6:00pm US Pacific time. Sometimes it's a little late, but for the last few months it's been right at around 6:00pm.
**Remember, don't wait for the NL email, go directly to SSC and login to the newsletter there. I usually don't get the email until around 10:00pm or so.
