You may replace the red tie with a re scarf, I think it will look better.
Pretty cool so far. I'm not a super fan of that look for ocelot though.

i made this custom cause its different and its the first time i saw his character

Yeah i know, not a problem at all, I like the look just not my fav.
To be the best of the best ocelot look is the mgs2 but to each is own.

trying something a lit different then what i normally do had this 1/4 joker kit for a while now been meaning to paint it here are some wip i think it looks creepy you be the judge

Yes, very creepy. Nice work on the mouth area, lots of detail and color variation in there.
