I would say that Silent Hill was decent and the Tomb Raiders weren't as bad as this Street Fighter. The first Resident Evil was okay too. But there's not a lot of character development in a video game - the movie makers will have to add that, and sometimes they succeed, sometimes they don't. But all of these made more sense than trying to adapt Mario Bros. to the big screen.

Don't be bashing the Bros.

I think the best video game movie to date is still Mortal Kombat. That and the first RE and Tomb Raider were solid action flicks.

Anything else Mario Bros., Double Dragon, Street Fighter and the like are all so bad that they are good.

I think the best video game movie to date is still Mortal Kombat.

I've read there is supposed to be a new MK movie out I think in 2010. Mortal Kombat Devastation is the name. All I know is I saw Stacy Dash in the cast so Im definately there....
