Re: Kuato's Paintwork and Customs

Awsome paint job Chris :rock, I really need to get my hands on one of those Bond Sculpts but theres a bunch out there which to choose. Ill send you payment for the last paint job early next week Chris, I had to buy more books for school yesterday and gewizz why the hell are books so crazy expensive:horror.

Re: Kuato's Paintwork and Customs

Thanks Galactiboy!
Thank you Jose, yep those books will ruin your hobby money haha, I know, thats why I always try and buy used. Bunch of Bonds out there, but this tops them with Reggies IMO

Yep I'm doing good pace on these, I try not to take any more than I can handle that way you all don't have to wait a long time, whoa a year is a long time hehe, well I know how you feel, I'm waiting on a sculptor to finish a sculpt I've had him do for almost a year as well :banghead.
By the way, I am going to need your scheme requests if thats ok email them to me [email protected]

Thank you Crow!
Jon i'm glad you approve bud :banana
Carlos, i can't wait to see your A.A. JOker as well

Is this what wolverine would look like if he were human??
Picture_19351.jpg

Haha sorry guys, I was cleaning up old photos and came across this one I did awhile back,

Re: Kuato's Paintwork and Customs

HOLY S^^T!!!! That Wolverine is tight. I definately would love to have had a chance to purchase one of these and had you paint it as you did. Looks very good and realistic. Damn it!!

Re: Kuato's Paintwork and Customs

That's an excellent Wolverine Kuato. :rock The hairline is perfection. I love how you blended it.

A year!?! Dang, I wouldn't have a job if I took so long. Makes me feel better about my pace!

Nice Wolverine, BTW.

Re: Kuato's Paintwork and Customs

hope im not waiting a year on my wolverine or joker ;) I definitely approve the Bond... Amazing!! You're the man

Re: Kuato's Paintwork and Customs

just sent an email about the paint schemes, kuato.

yeah, a year is a long time. but i can understand why it happens too. i think the heads i sent to be painted might have been a little boring. and customisers always get/create new and more exciting projects coming along so the more uninspiring work gets pushed back. in a way, i prefer that because when they do eventually feel like doing it there's more passion in the final work. in another way it can be frustrating seeing newer requests get fulfilled before yours. but it's all a complex process and i don't mind it that much.

i am just seriously surprised at how fast you 2 have turned these around - and with such quality. it's insane!

Re: Kuato's Paintwork and Customs

Got it this morning and I am very happy with end results. Thank You Chris and Chris for the sculpt and paintwork. Here are some quick pics and even though Buttmunch said that that straight Jacket from Lecter will be small, I'm still gonna give it a shot, alter it if possible but anyways thank you both and can't wait for the rest of these to come in

That looks awesome calvarenga! Quick question, what did you do to get the "Arkham Asylum" on the back?

I can't wait to see if you can get that Lecter jacket to work too! If you just put the Joker head on the Medi body, your problems would be solved. If you have him sitting in a corner, I don't think the size difference would be noticeable then. I would be awesome if he could wear the Hannibal mask :lol

Re: Kuato's Paintwork and Customs

B.M- I purchased at AC Moores a "Typewriter Uppercase Alphabet Peg Stamp". Each letter comes seperate so I was able to spell the "A.A" on the back of the jumpsuit. It did the job for me. And I know putting the head on the Medi's body would be the easiest thing to do, but I just can't stand the scale they have. We'll see what happens...

Thanks Coco!, it did take quite a bit of blending

Chris-Yep almost a year, your pace is perfect man keep it up.

Thanks Venom!

Dont worry Jon you won't have to :)

Carlos that is awesome man!
