I actually think that in this instance they have to change the name. I think i heard seattle is keeping the naming rights and uniform design.

The Spurs were once the Dallas Chaparrals, but I don't think that applies since they were an ABA team.
Funny the Warriors are now trying to steal the Clippers best player. I kind of hope Brand signs w/ GS.. I kind of resent the clips being in LA.. But have to admit if these guys stick together they coupld be a tough and fun team to watch.
In sports it just takes a leader and a few role players. look at the Mavs or the damn colts in football or the pats, they were the laughing stock for so many years and now they are a contender. ANY TEAM that gets a player like kobe bryant is going to automatically be in playoff contention every time. i dont care what anyone says.

The Sixers were able to move Rodney Carney and Calvin Booth (along with a first-round pick) to the Timberwolves without taking on contracts, which made the deal possible. The Sixers are now a force to be reckoned with in the East.

Exactly. The Clippers are the Clippers. I saw this a mile away. I should know how to recognize it, I'm a fan of all the Cleveland teams after all.
