Unfortunately, we do not have any replacements for the base, hair or arm of this item that would be an improvement over your current piece. Every single one of our statues is hand-made from start to finish. When human hands are finishing these statues there will be subtle paint variations and if you look hard enough you will be able to find an inconsistency on every statue.

Please review the options below to see how we will be able to best assist you in this matter.

I like how the new "we don't have anything better" part is not even the same font as the old partial refund parts.
Honestly at this point I think I'm going to return her. She's great but I have no attachment to the character and this is leaving a bitter taste in my mouth.

FYI here are the problems I wanted replacement for.

I don't really see anything wrong in the first 2 pictures, as for the hair it doesn't seem like you have it on correctly. Mine was like that and I was going to complain about it but my gf managed to get it to fit properly. U just have to play with it a bit

The base has paint they used to mark all the holes that spilled over
The second pic you can see a brown paint spot on the palm of her hand.
The hair issue is not that it doesn't fit (I hadn't put it on properly when I took the pics) it's that it has a black spot on the crest of it.

Oh yeah I see what you mean, but if you hadn't pointed them out I wouldn't have noticed. They all seem like very miniscule problems and I don't think it would warrant a replacement.

I had the same paint spill over on the base but the paint on the base is dark and they don't really stand out that much, to be honest I completely forgot about it once I set it up. So much to look at on this beauty I completely forgot all about the little paint imperfection.

Luckily my Lady Death arrived in good health, very lucky as I'm abroad so I was expecting at least a buttload of box damage!

I hope she does sell out, I really want them to do Purgatori

Just remember if you take the pay off. Then they can do this again without much thought. If a customer does not care, why should the seller?

What you paid for it if your not happy. Don't keep it. They are the ones who will have to each the cost of it in the in. Not you.

Very sorry that response time from our returns department has been slower as of late. Response time is taking up to 7 business days to get back to folks in regards to their inquiries. If you do not hear back within that time then please feel free to contact our customer service department to find out where you are in the queue. All inquiries are handled in the order in which they are received.

Also, there are replacement parts available specifically for return purposes. Should a piece reported to our returns department merit a full replacement or a replacement part/piece that will be accommodated. Whether a piece is In-Stock or not does not coincide with the amount of replacements available as replacement parts/pieces are made outside of the full production run of an item.
