I believe the X-Characters are still under license by 20th Century Fox for a good time. They just signed the Spider-Man rights back over to Sony (they expired last year) instead of reclaiming them I don't see Marvel Studios taking back X-Men anytime soon.

I hope 2011 will be the biggest superheroes movies with those lineup..don't forget Batman 3.

2011 will be a nice year for comic fans!
