Also, just to point out... we still don't have a Roger Moore in a tux.

So, not as consistent as one may think.

Yes we do. He's just in a white dinner jacket as opposed to a black one.

I think the point he was trying to make was a dinner jacket is not a tux. Its formal wear, sure. But a tux is a very specific outfit.

I kinda would have preferred having Moore in a straight black tux, but this design is nice too.

IMO any difference between a white dinner jacket and a tux is purely semantic.

Eh... you say tomato, I say... I'm not even gonna finish that. :lol

As I've said in many a thread before, the Connery and Brosnan Legacy figures were good choices. These last three have been disappointing (and have really made the line seem like a quick cash-in).

Dalton should have been the leather jacket.
Moore should have been a tux (as 70's as possible :chew )
Lazenby should have been the kilt.

Period.

I agree that would have been nice to have, so that there was a bit of a balance as far as having some formal wear and some "field" outfits, but I think that the wedding outfit would have been a homerun had it been done right.

Yeah... admittedly, I give them credit for that one. It's a somewhat inspired choice, if somewhat lacking in the 'iconic' department.

I have to look at it this way, though... why spend the time pounding out a completely new (and complicated, if done CORRECTLY) outfit for Dalton when Lazenby is the one who would have benefited the most from it?

It gives me hope that this isn't the end of line in any sense, though. If they're still holding off on giving us leather jacket Dalton, kilt Lazenby, and tux Moore... it's not over. In terms of actual James Bond figures left to do, those are the big ones, and I can't see them not giving them to us at some point.

One thing, though...

... I just want a Dalton with resculpted hair. Give me that, you can end the line tommorow. :lol

Don't forget Connery in a plain suit. The others I don't mind not having a suit for, but Connery in a suit is a must IMO.

I agree (how couldn't I?) that the wedding outfit isn't very iconic for Dalton.
