Why shouldn't HT make a Bruce Lee if they feel there is a market for it? I understand the points people are making about hyping up the fans with a figure they ultimately didn't say they wanted, and it's understandable these fans are disappointed. But EB's Bruce Lees are going for stupid money nowadays, so a lot of Bruce Lee fans are priced out of the 1/6 market - all they can do is pay slightly less stupid money for customs. If Hot Toys can bring theirs out for around 180 or thereabouts, why not?

Bummer no superman, or T-800, and bummer HT didn't deliver for its fans. But EB being the only game in town for 1/6 Bruce Lee is no reason for HT not to provide a cheaper alternative, surely.

As I said on Facebook, Enterbay should make a Christopher Reeve Superman as a big FU back to Hot Toys.

Funny thing is, no one is really stopping ETB from doing so. Instead, everyone now seems to be making HT being the evil one here and ETB being a victim.

Any predicament (horrible choice in licenses, numerous delays, huge difference from proto to final product, high prices) ETB got themselves in, they did it themselves.

I will even go as far as saying that the Bruce Lee estate has lost confident in ETB in being able to deliver.

BLE (Bruce Lee Enterprise) owns the rights to BL run by Shannon Lee.

BLE go where the money is (and that is not always a good thing), could this mean EB has lost licence, who knows.

Doesn't mean they lost the licence. It could be partitioned with EB having the right to make statues now whereas the licence to make 1/6 is now in the end of HT... poor BL...
