Anyone pick this up? Tempted to get the 3DS version - LOVED the movie.

I almost feel this may be a better game for a large TV though. Don't know how I should play it.

I picked it up on PS4 (which theres really no reason to. An extra $10 for no real reason other then its "next gen" :lol)

Its a pretty game as far as lego games go. All the classic scores, sound effects and voice overs make it awesome. Some characters don't have the original actor voice clips though. But all the mains are there. Grant, Ellie, Malcolm, Muldoon, Hammond etc... Playing as the dinos is a heck of a lot of fun.

I got it too. I'm about halfway through Jurassic World maybe. Its really fun. I like that they included the original dialogue but it kinda takes you out of it as it as it's like they just recorded it while watching the movie with a tape recorder. The cool thing though is that they got the actors from the movie to record new dialogue specifically for the game like Chris Pratt, both kids, the French black dude, and even I think vincent donofrio.

I'm having a blast though.

Yeah I just started the JW segment. I went through the first three movies already. I'm pretty sure I heard new dialogue from Peter Stormare while I was going theough the Lost World. I need to look it up though. But I definitely don't remember him saying "we're supposed to be safety buddies" in he movie. Unless they got a spot on voice actor to do the lines.

Yeah. I forgot about that too.

Also my biggest gripe is the complete lack of a weird al Lego figure. That would of been the ultimate Easter egg.

Darn you, all!!!!

I think you sold me. I'll go pick up the 3DS version tomorrow - got a $5 off coupon too. :lol Can't hurt.

Bought the game for the Xbox One after seeing the movie. My nephew really liked it and finished the 4 movies already and is slowly working on getting the extras. Im doing my game as well and only finished JW and am about half way through JP. Ill take a little longer as Im trying to get everything I can on my first goes of the levels, the True Master making me take the longest. Overall its a good game and so far its been well worth the full price, and thinking it over I think this is the only Lego game that I picked up at full price as well.

Took me 32 hours to get 100%/1000gs. Think I did it the Tuesday after the Friday release.

I got the last achievement tonight just as my controller battery died. Not a bad little game at all. I definitely liked that they opened up the different movies for exploration. And walking around as a brontosaurus was so cool considering its size.

Yea this is a fun game. I started my own game to play after my boys go to bed. We also bought the ds version for my sons birthday. There doesn't seem to be a big drop off.

I'm thinking/hoping that it's something to do with the upcoming Lego Dimensions and maybe a hint that some new character packs could be added. (aside from the Owen one)

I'm pretty positive it's Lego dimensions. I went and googled it and it looks identical to a piece of the portal they use for the playsets.

I really need to start playing these Lego games, again. I had tremendous amounts of fun with the first Star Wars games, and, even, Indiana Jones. Ironically, the one that sort of turned me off of them was the first Lego Batman, but I've heard 2 was good, and 3 was even better, which is probably what I'd focus on, first, but this looks like a lot of fun, and I love that they're using the performances from the films.

I'm really tempted by Dimensions, though. I also don't want to fall down the rabbit hole that is buying a **** ton of Legos for that game, though, because I could already start to see the connections forming, between Back to the Future and Ghostbusters, and whatever DC stuff they might have. Plus, that, inevitably, would lead into a renewed interest in non-game Legos, which I already think are awesome, but have been able to stay away from, like the UCS Tumbler and the SDCC exclusive Superman they have this year.
