Less than happy with ENTERBAY

Yeah,it's very strange cause last year they had either a teaser or announcement every month.We're almost half way through the year and nothing but NBA and QC issues!I HOPE this is the calm before the storm!^_^

Top pic: I see either paint coming off, or white residue on the arms.

Bottom pic: Paint coming off, or white residue near the back part of the rubber overlay (didn't notice it before, I was looking at the seam area).

Top pic: looks like scratches from moving the arm back and forth. Rubbing the surface of the inner arm off the lower edge of the arm hole. Creating white residue. If that was there when he bought it then sure, I guess.

Bottom pic: that's just the glossy edge of the plastic reflecting the light.

I've seen a lot worse on HT releases. Now if he had posted those MIB knee pics again, then....

In the second pic, pretty sure he is referring to the rubber being pushed inwards on the bottom/back. Compared to many faults with rubber body parts this is so minor I'd consider it nothing ....but to each their own.

Depending how much I purchased the Jordan figure for, might determine what QC issues bother me. I might not fuss over that seam on a normally priced Jordan, but for $1000+, it might bug me.

Could be user error. A bunch of problems shown could be user error actually. Who knows?

Isn't that part rubber? I was thinking it might be reflective light, but then thought maybe it wasn't.

It's been quiet with Enterbay lately and they are back to their constant delayed style again. They promised a 1:4 Kamen Rider figure in late April and that didn't happen. They were teasing a young Agent K for MIB3 series. I'm not sure when there's going to happen either. Same goes for the Django Unchained series.

All I know from their minimal updates it seems like they are currently busy with getting their 2nd retail store read which will be located in Shang Hai.

yeah.EB stated that this year 2013 is the 40th anniversary of bruce's passing and that big boss 1/6 and another 1/4 would be released.....aint holding me breath EB.
and if arnie and blitzway can better his old 1/4 proto..see pic..possibly 1/3 i'll be bagging that..

That pic, as amazing as it is, looks quite like their Joker sculpt. It's the eyes I think.

Yes is mighty quiet at EB they are so tied up with their NBA series. Is boring me to death I want to see teasers of their other releases that BRuce pic is mouth watering though, am even holding out on ordering HT,S ROBOCop . Want to see what EB,s Robo will be like . But man they are slow this year.

slightly off topic..just got my 40th anniversary collectors edition of ETD on blu ray..comes with a patch post cards little booklet and a 3d card/pic of bruce swirling his nunchuks when you move it (like a gif)...very nice..know what i'm watching tonight.

I mean he's not the only one but everyone has a difference in opinion but he always brings up the same issues he's personally had into every EB related thread.

Anyways, the more MJ faults I'm seeing the less I want to preorder the red 23. I'm going to use my money on actual Jordan sneakers instead. Speaking of which, just got the Jordan XI lows and gonna get the AJ VIII playoffs next next week.

on the subject of EB, I am gonna wait for some cheap 1/4's to get. Those seem to have less issues these days.

Sorry Larry my bad , me and my lazy typing, gentle giant new figure and their paint apps, that. New honey trap. or what ever they calling is looking real cool , but not so liking the look of theses price it might go for. But incredible details. If the Bruce from Bliztway go that direction

You're right, that Gentle Giant Whisper statue looks sweet. I've been watching that thread for a bit now, & that pricing is kind of a bummer for me. I want it, but the pricing is out of my comfort level for something like that. Their licensed Sucker Punch statues were like $250 or something, so I guess I wanted these unlicensed statues to at the very least be no more than that. But I guess price increases aren't anything new in this hobby. Oh well. I'm meant to be "focusing" my collection anyway

The whisper statue sold out real fast ,am surprised at that price. but is exclusive version , haha I was thinking maybe u bought double of that too . Am hoping The price range for none exclusive will be like their Sucker Punch line I hope , I kinda liking the statue phrase I going through ,mini break away from hT,s and Enterbay is away on NBA vacation . I just pick up the GG amber from a fellow boardie ' portugeezer great deal and great seller.
