Honestly Ski I ripped on it for years. I started a page up about 3 weeks or so now and can say it has been nice re-connecting with old friends. It's a good way to stay in touch with family as well. A lot of my family is spread out all over the country. Trust me I never wanted a FB page but I really have grown quite fond of it. If you check it out I will take a pic of myself eating something healthy one time or maybe downing a protein shake.
