I've heard that Budweiser is really popular in Ireland. I've never understood that because where I come from it's kind of considered horse pee.

That's the beer of farm country. I'd say it's the biggest selling brand here.

I am pretty sure every country besides the USA (I am sure they do in the USA too but I live in Wisconsin so it is Miller only) drinks Budweiser religiously.

This is just a guess. But I am thinking it is because they know a lot more about beer in Ireland than wherever you are from.

Believe me, beer is a big deal where I'm from. Last week I went to a big beer tasting festival with over 200 beers to taste!


I would drink a Guiness over a Bud any day. I'm not a big Guiness fan, but if I were in Ireland it would be Guiness and Harp, not Budweiser.

Imo all beer tastes like crap..if coke or 7up had the same effect i'd be drinking that ..but bud would be my favorite drink, that and miller..i don't go near the ciders ..really can't handle them at all.
I actually only had guiness once .. didn't like it, but i suppose its more of an acquired taste really...
