Welcome back Chino and congrats on your marriage.

That beach is located in a huge island called Florianopolis wich is capital of the Santa Catarina estate, south of Brazil. I live in Rio de Janeiro wich also have great beaches, but if you come here some day you have to visit the archipelago of Fernando de Noronha, by far the greatest beaches of my country located in the north of Brazil... I've never saw a clearer water. You can rent a buggy and choose the places to go on your own and you won't get lost because it's a rather small island.

well, shes French (studying in the UK, she has brazilian roots...a gran), and shes also fluent in Spanish, Italian, and German!

Winged Shadows: Just posting to say I recognize that animation... haha In North America, The Office is pretty much unheard of, but amazingly a friend of mine has both series on DVD and I've seen a few episodes, and seen that dance cutout from the main menu on the second series disc.

Hey Rod - thanks for the travel info. It just went on my list of places to visit. I'm a burner, but really like water and the sea, as long as I can duck under an umbrella. Providence has a big portugese population, but most are actually from portugal and not brazil. The difference is soccer!

No I haven't been to Sturgis. Being that my ride is a Honda VTX 1800cc and Sturgis is mainly a Harley thing I don't plan on going there. My wife and I are the type that do our own thing and are not "Followers" so to speak... LOL

I would not say the Sturgis is just a harley thing. I see honda, Suzuki, Kawasaki, BMW, Iron horse, Yamaha, Indian you name it. You actually see a big number of Honda Shadows at Sturgis. I thought we might have had another common point of reference. LOL

I know all bikes go to Sturgis but I think it is mainly a Harley thing and I meant no offense by saying this or the followers reference but there are allot of people that buy Harleys just to try to be cool and try to bad mouth Jap bikes even though my bike was made in Ohio. (Twice the Bike, half the price..LOL) I am a family man and even though I haven't gone to one yet we are more of the Honda Hoot Rally type of people where it is more of a Family atmosphere and not a party hearty atmosphere..LOL
