It's awesome. It's usually a 3 day event and it has tribute bands, look alikes, they show movies, merchandise galore, they have contests and some people from Beatle past shows up. Not Ringo and Paul of course but George Martin went one year. I'd love to meet him. Yeah, Im as big a Beatles fan as anyone can be.

All it took was basic exercises every night (sit-ups, push-ups, etc.) and I cut out a lot of junk food and eat smaller portions for all my meals. I honestly feel lucky for how far I got because I hear about it all the time where people do exactly what I did and then some and yet they cant seem to get the results they want.
