Life Size T-X bust - Changing Batteries

Ive just got a T-X bust from Ebay but the lights dont work. I'm sure its just the batteries but for the life of me I cant find a way to change them. How do you remove the base? Are there some hidden screws? I hope one of you guys can help me!

There are small screws in the base they are probably underneath the rubber pads.

Yep mine were under the pads and she takes seven batteries i believe ;s

btw the rectangle shaped ones that are often in fire alarms
