was looking through my catalog today(for the 100th time) and came across a type-o...They have Jason Part 3 listed as Part 1....I will contacting cumstomer service Monday for a full refund of my $100...

I am surprised that so many are coming through from the wait list! This isn't one of those items that you have months to think about. Congratulations to those who will be getting the catalog!
 
I'm sure there are a few from people who had the old credit card maxed out.
Bad for them, lucky for others.

No, and from the tone of your post, I don't think I want to hear it. It doesn't sound like it was a happy ending. :(
 
The moral of the story: Never go on vacation to the mountains where you are away from your computer when Orthanc ships, and you miss it when Sideshow contacts you and asks you to update your credit card information (expired card was on file) within a few days, and you don't get home and finally receive that e-mail until after they have already sent you the follow up e-mail saying that your order was cancelled...

Be thankful for the many great changes to the website that have been made over the last year or two! Your ability to manage your orders and account information online has greatly increased. Back in the day, you could not do everything yourself. Things are better now...

Well, my catalog finally arrived! I don't know why mine took so long, but no big deal. I got #96 and haven't really had time to look over the sigs yet, but I did see that Dusty and Chicky signed. :chew :chew :chew

I haven't seen anyone on the board with a number under about 50 or so; did anyone get a low number? :confused:
