It's pretty clear that this item is a joke to some and a treasure to others. Those who want it will order it and love it, and those who don't will just save their money and shake their heads in disbelief.

Personally, I see this as a great nod to the fans and not a money grab. Others will disagree...

There's a special vellum type page stuck in the front with all the signatures and the numbering on the book - 25 of 125, etc. I don't know that you want other signatures despoiling that page.

Actually, I had already thought of that Dave. I was thinking of having another page for all the other sigs, which could be kept with the book without "defacing" (I mean that in the nicest way) the rest of the book. I will give it some thought between now and SDCC...

I LOVE hardcover catalogs...I wish they made more hardcover catalogs...as a matter of fact I think I am going to sell my SS collection to invest in hardcover catalogs...come to think of it I may sell my car for hardcover catalogs....why doesn't eveyone sell hardcover catalogs......I am sooo sad I cant buy more hardcover catalogs....

As scary as your opinion is at times... I will have to say I understand where you are coming from on this matter... It's odd and all... But, I can also see why SSC would do it and why people would buy it.

Still, you do come off as a jerk like 99% of the time. And I don't think it is a nonconformist thing... Hell, I don't like to conform either.. But I still don't go around bashing everything..

Guess I'm just in the middle of this issue, leaning on the fence...
