They would I'm sure, that's how the Boushh helmet was done, there's a flesh toned plug that goes into the Boushh helmet like Medi Boba.

Ahh thats good to hear, I haven't got Boussh yet

This Helmet seems to sit a bit a bit more realistically then Boba IMO
I don't think helmets sit it the middle of your head like Boba's, not unless you don't have a nose, actually Boba's helmet placement always bugged me a bit.....
