Hero Heads, https://www.h2creative.com/HeroHeads.html , has a really good Apone head available. They also have a Hudson and Hicks head, but the Hudson head doesn't seem to be in the catalog.

Hmm this was the seller but he appears to have sold out of the suits, maybe he will get them in again.
