Hey guys, been commissioned to make this guy:

I make maybe (1) 1/6th figure a year, so my headsculpt painting is not up to par.

Just looking for an estimate on how much it would be to shave the sideburns, and paint up this head sculpt to look like above:

Would also need the extra bangs sculpted.

Looking for US only to save on shipping, and east coast even better!
