First I've heard of it. It's been so quiet when it comes to LOTR video game news. I'm not even thinking about getting that Wii game about Aragorn, so if they're actually giving us a real game for the 360/PS3, then I will actually have something to look forward to.

I'm not usually an RPG game type guy but since its LOTR I could be tempted.

My 8 year old still likes to play Conquest with me. Not sure what he will think of an RPG approach. I have never been wild about turn based games.

The last few Lord of the Rings games haven't been great imo, thats all I shall say on the matter. Would be a nice change if this one turns out good.

the last truly GREAT LOTR's game was ROTK for PS2. the third age had great graphics but i didnt like the RPG feel of it. LOTR's: battle for ME 2 was ok but im not really into those command and conquer kinda games, i prefer the fun hack and slash games. LOTR's conquest i really enjoyed, the first cool LOTR's hi def game. this one looks like its gonna be like like BFME type of games, which i dont really like. if its gonna be like where you command armies and all that, its not my thing. what i dont like so far is the "ninja" looking elves. and whats with the new characters? i want to play as the film characters.

360 here. Game looks like a lot of fun. Maybe not the greatest graphics but its a chance to play in the Middle-Earth sandbox.
