to the cornflakes! :lol

It looks ok. I am tired of the humans only use 10% of their brains trope. It's not scientifically accurate. But Hollywood continues to trot it out, and stupid people continue to spout the nonsense. I will reserve judgement until I see more. I am not the biggest ScarJo fan either. She's hot, but very wooden.

What's the scientifically accurate percentage?

That's because stupid people only use 10% of their brains.

We use 100%. We just cannot consciously access all of it. Like the part that reminds your heart to beat, or that keeps you breathing without you remembering to do so. Our brains are fully activated. This 10% trope was from a time where we didn't fully understand how it all worked together.

Interesting. The 10% myth was what I had always heard/been taught. I did a quick google search and many articles support the 100% usage. The fact that we still don't fully understand our brain and that it's capacity is far greater than what our lifetime needs is also stated.

I'm still interested in seeing this fantasy movie though. :D

We have more storage space than most people will ever use. I'm not sure how anyone could use it all. Presumably, if you filled it, you'd be an intellectual force to be reckoned with, and your personal experience of the world would be augmented, but I doubt you'd have telekinesis or anything like that.

Doesn't matter. This movie looks awesome.

This looks a lot better than The Matrix (another movie based on a nonsense premise, but which failed to do anything more than make hacker nerds feel cool).
