I'm not being funny but do we get anything before our cousins across the pond (except doctor who - phew). Once we get this they will be getting something else exciting - and all the hype over this in america will have died down by then. It kinda makes me sad.

Yeah, EU collectors are always one step behind. It would be nice to get a piece the same time so you could share in the excitement but like you say, its old news by the time we get things.

At the end of the day as long as your new acquisition gives you pleasure,.. thats all that really matters.

I can understand what ifu03612 means,.. everyone obviously collects for themselfs but its nice to share that enjoyment with fellow collectors at the same time they get theirs and that is difficult to do when your 4-6 weeks behind receiving pieces.

I love the exclusive with the bow, this piece was pristine. I had trouble with the last few PF's and statues, finally got one I don't need to return. Nothing cheap about this piece, leather used and he just looks awesome. Doom is still my favorite, but this follows closely.

Ok I know at this stage that everyone who got their Lurtz is blown away by it and I know that we have seen about 6 million photos of him and they are all incredible but can I just say for those of you yet to recieve this statue, NOTHING will prepare you for how truly incredible this piece is and I mean that!! I just got mine this morning and it is without question the best sculpt and pose I have seen on a statue, its almost alive!! The detail is magnificent and on the exclusive the bow looks really cool too!! Without doubt the best statue Sideshow has released im my opinion. If this is what we have to look forward to with this PF line for LOTR then start saving your pennies guys!! Thank you Sideshow for creating a piece of collectible art that BITES!!!!
